1. How long does it take for my order to process?
Up to 24 hours.
2. I want to change my order. Is this possible?
Once your order is processed no changes can be made to your order. We recommend double checking your order before placing. If you have any questions we are available 24/7 and will gladly provide answers.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times do vary depending upon a number of reasons. Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is 1 of our top concerns. We know we live in a time where we want things delivered right away. We are working on bringing local same day delivery as a standard option. We can ship overnight for an additional fee.

US, Canada, and Internationally.
5. Where do your orders get shipped from?
We have 4 fulfillment centers in the US and 1 in Europe. Whichever one is the closest to you is generally where the product will be shipped from. We are very conscious about our carbon foot print and we do our best to keep it as low as possible.

Everything comes in a plain brown box, very discrete..
9. How can i check on the status of my order?
An email is sent with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available. If you haven't received an email with the tracking number after 48 hours please email us customerservice@lovelustandlatex. We will be able to give you an update then.
10 What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it leaves our hands into the 3rd party handler ie USPS FedEx or UPS. Any questions about shipping you can reach out to them directly.
