Refund Policy

Once your order is processed- you are no longer eligible for a refund. Orders paid via Paypal or your credit card generally takes up to 24 hours to process. Once your order is processed - there are no cancellations.

Please note- orders placed using Sezzle as their payment option- do take longer to process- up to 21 days longer.

In some cases we may be able to process sooner however it is not guaranteed. Please contact us before placing your order- and we will do our best to get your order sent out right away, however we can not guarantee. If this is a problem we recommend paying with Paypal or your credit card.

 In the event your experience any issues with your product don't fret- all products come with at minimum warranty of 1 year.  Do not send the product back to us. Contact the manufacturer directly and they can further assist. Make sure to have proof of purchase when you reach out to them.
